Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your Leaflyle purchase, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below carefully.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pet toys, beds, or apparel
  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet treats or food items)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@leaflyle.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@leaflyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
